Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.

6. Shipping


Shipping times vary depending on product type, production schedules, destination, and carrier conditions. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, production timelines, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

7. Made-to-Order Items


Certain products may be made to order or produced on demand. These items require additional production time before shipping.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns
  • Size exchanges for made-to-order items are not guaranteed and depend on availability

8. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy


All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We do accept size exchanges under the following conditions:
  • Exchange requests must be made within [7–14] days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived defective
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at bigvillastudios@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and resolve the issue.

10. Drops & Limited Releases


Certain products are released in limited quantities or during scheduled drops. These items are available only while supplies last.
  • Items may sell out quickly and are not guaranteed once added to cart
  • We do not reserve inventory until checkout is completed
  • Limited releases are final sale and not eligible for returns
  • Size exchanges for limited releases are not guaranteed and depend on remaining inventory
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and cancel orders suspected of reselling or automated purchasing

11. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated for a legitimate order, we reserve the right to:
  • Provide proof of purchase and delivery to the payment processor
  • Block future purchases associated with the account, email, address, or payment method
  • Pursue recovery of funds and associated fees where permitted by law

12. Care Instructions & Product Use


Customers are responsible for following all provided garment care instructions.

We are not liable for damage, shrinkage, fading, bleeding, cracking, or wear resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, or general use.

Natural wear, distressing, and variation are expected characteristics of apparel and print processes and are not considered defects.

13. Intellectual Property


All content on this site—including graphics, logos, images, product designs, and text—is the property of Big Villa Studios and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

14. Use of Website


You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, infringement, or interference with site functionality.
